Conditions

1. AGREED FARE INCLUDES THE HIRING: FUEL CONSUMPTION IS NOT INCLUDED. If you don’t want to refill it by yourself you will be charged for the amount of fuel that you used during the hire of boat, plus €. 5 for the services.

2. THE HIRER IS RESPONSIBLE OF ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE BOAT and he is liable for the damage. Any loss or damage to the boat, equipment and propeller will be withheld from the damage deposit.

3. THE HIRER MUST REMAIN WITHIN 1 MILE (3 WITH A BOAT LICENCE), AND IT’S FORBIDDEN TO GO TO ANY OTHER ISLAND OF THE ARCHIPEAGO.

4. LANDING BY MOTOR IS NOT ALLOWED, THE HIRER MUST SWITCH OFF THE ENGINE 200mt. FROM THE BEACH AND LAND BY PADDLE. WITHIN THIS DISTANCE IT IS ALSO FORBIDDEN TO ANCHOR. WHERE A LANDING CORRIDOR IS PRESENT YOU ARE ALLOWED TO USE THE ENGINE BUT UP TO A SPEED LIMIT OF 3 KNOTS.

5- THE HIRER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LAW VIOLATIONS and is obliged to pay immediately any fìnes notified by the police force and inform the hiring Company accordingly and to defend the interests of the hiring Company in case of accident with third parties.
